My Story

Capsule Patterns is a passion project born from my desire to create the ultimate dream wardrobe and share the journey with fellow sewing hobbyists.

Having worked with renowned brands like Peter Pilotto, M. Katrantzou, Stella McCartney, Alexander McQueen, Ralph and Russo, Nafsika Skourti, Mowalola and many others, I've experienced firsthand how the aesthetics and top-notch quality of clothing can impact mood and self-esteem. In the world of high fashion, which I still couldn't afford, besides the staff sample sales here and there, settling for fast fashion was never an option. I knew I could create for myself well crafted and engineered garments I was helping the brands to develop and receive tons of creative fulfilment and craft therapy while doing it.

Then came the lockdown during the pandemic. It became the perfect opportunity to delve into my fabric stash, creating garments I've always envisioned for myself. Simultaneously, I started designing patterns for like-minded sewists who resonate with my style and trust my expertise.

Capsule Patterns emerged as a space where fashion dreams come to life. And it is constantly evolving as I connect with this amazing community of hobby sewists. This year I am releasing my first humanitarian project and launching a blog to write about my projects in detail.
